Palak Paneer

Ingredients
3cups chopped spinach
1 big onion - finely chopped
1 big tomato - chopped
1 inch ginger
3 or 4 green chillies
1 cup paneer - cubed and sautéed until brown
1 tsp red chilli powder (adjust to taste)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cinamon and cardomon powder
2 tsp wheat or other flour

Method
1. Thaw the spinach in the microwave. Pour oil in a pan and sauté until soft. Cool and make a paste with green chillies keep aside
2.Heat ghee or butter in a pan fry panner pieces till light brown keep aside
3. In the remaining ghee fry the onions and tomatoes till tender.
4. Add the red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder,dry powders, paprika, and ginger .Saute until the oil separates.
5. Add spinach ,salt. let it boil .Sprinkle wheat flour and mix.
6. You can add water if you feel the gravy is thick.
7. Add the paneer pieces and mix well.
8. Serve with roti or pulao
