Paneer Chilli

Ingredients

350 gms Paneer (Cottage Cheese)
2 tsp Salt
1 Egg
1/2 cup Corn Flour
1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
2 cups Coarsely Chopped Onions
2 tbsp Sliced Green Chillies
1 tbsp Soya Sauce
2 tbsp Vinegar
Oil as required

Procedure

1. Cut Paneer into small cubes.
2. Mix it with 1 tsp salt, egg, corn flour, ginger-garlic paste. Add a little water to properly coat paneer pieces with mixture.
3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the paneer pieces coated with mixture till they turn golden brown.
4. Heat 2 tbsp of the oil in a wok and fry the onions over high heat for about a minute.
5. Add Green chillies, salt, soya sauce, vinegar and then fried paneer cubes. Mix well.
6. Garnish with finely cut Spring onions and coriander (cilantro)
